Ken is the President of TCG and its co-founder. Ken's special areas of expertise are transportation costs, and economic and financial analysis. His work has included special assignments for individual motor carriers, shippers and government agencies. He has held positions as a Transportation Economist and Director of Economic Analysis and Cost Research at American Trucking Associations and at Middle Atlantic Conference. He has long provided financial, pricing, and public policy consulting services throughout the freight transportation field as well as the development of cost information data and data warehouse systems.

Bill is the Executive Vice President of TCG. He has played a large part in TCG's successful development and implementation of sophisticated cost information systems for motor freight carriers.

Josef is a Vice President of TCG. He has held senior management posts at a number of large companies including, most recently, Director of Planning for a major LTL carrier group. Josef has extensive experience in corporate planning, budgeting, financial management, operational analysis and marketing.

Jack is the Vice President of Truckload Product Development. He has worked in the transportation industry since 1979, working in long haul & short haul Truckload, Distribution, Brokerage, & Logistics. Areas of expertise have been in Business development, Yield Management, Profitability Analysis, network Optimization, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. He has worked with carriers ranging from only 50 trucks to well over 3,000 trucks serving in management, executive, and consulting roles.

David is TCG's Director of Systems Support and Development. Dave has specialized in transportation cost and rate analysis for over twenty-five years. He has held the positions of General Manager, Director of Cost Research and Chairman of the General Rate Committee for the Middle Atlantic Conference. In addition to providing costing and pricing assistance to hundreds of carriers, Dave was instrumental in the development of personal computer based costing and rating systems.

Dale is the newly appointed Director, Truckload Systems Support. Dale comes to TCG with 29 years of trucking experience, mainly in the Pricing, Costing and Yield Management areas. He has worked for both TL and LTL carriers and has a wide range of experience and knowledge to help our clients reach their goals through TCG technology.

J.C. is TCG's Director of Information Technology, responsible for all product software. He also provides support with both installations and system requirements. JC currently leads the development effort for the next generation of TCG software.

Tanya is TCG's User Software programmer, responsible for all product upgrades and customizations. She also provides support for software-related problems.

Al is TCG's next generation software programmer, applying his considerable expertise in SQL and .Net technologies for upcoming products.

Amy is TCG's Office Manager, responsible for our day-to-day operations including reception, client services, correspondence, meetings, and accounting.

Lana is the Chairman of TCG's board of directors. A thirty-year veteran of the trucking industry, and former president of the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) from 1994 - 2000, Ms. Batts is leading the company's drive into the Truckload sector. She holds a variety of trucking-related awards and honors; including the ATA’s highest award – the S. Earl Dove award.
