The Truckload Cost Information System begins with TCG's construction of a model of your operations an the development of your unit costs in as much detail as is available.  This model is custom designed to reflect your terminal locations, driver domiciles, equipment types, loading/unloading circumstances and agent agreements.  Unit costs are developed for each activity at each relevant point.  Expenses which are load or trip specific, such as driver pay, can be interfaced directly into the TL/CIS model.  the model and TL/CIS system can then be used in its interactive dispatchers, analysts and pricing personnel.

The Model is then interfaced with the monthly downloaded order and linehaul trip files, as well as the general ledger, to produce the TRAFFIC/CIS database.

The completed model and TL/CIS system are designed for easy user modification or updating, and TCG's Extraordinary Support is available for continuing advice, both as to system operation and application to your analytical needs.
