TCG Cost Information System Training

We find that the system user(s) get much more out of the training if they are NOT seeing the software for the first time. Thus, we strongly recommend that the software not only be up and running on the all users' machines, but that the tutorial sections of both manuals be utilized to run a cost analysis and a Traffic/CIS database report, and to review the cost results, before we arrive to do the training.
Sessions can, of course, be tailored for your company's specific use of the system, or to include other items as needed.
