The
Traffic/CIS monthly reports, which are queued up to run as part of the database
costing, contain settings which allow many of them to be tailored to best suit
the carrier’s reporting requirements. The
settings for various monthly reports include:

The
earnings reports by customer and groups (Report6 and Report3)

Change
the number of best, worst, or largest customers displayed

Limit
the customer activity to payer, or shipper-prepaid/consignee-collect

Exclude
or include bill-to customers

Create
corresponding data import files for spreadsheet programs

Exclude
customers from the individual customer reports which are included in the
earnings by groups reports

To
review or change the settings for a particular report, go to the Traffic/CIS
Database Builder menu and select the option Set Up Month-End Reports.
This displays a listing of reports with options to add reports, delete
reports and select the desired report to run.
Select a particular report with the cursor and press enter, as
instructed, to run the report. An
introductory screen for the report will appear, with an instruction to press S,
for settings, if the report has settings available.
